How to use PayPal with V4.0??????

I have tried way too many ways to get V4.0 to work with PayPal. Has anyone gottent this to work? I really need help in figuring this out. It works perfectly in V3.4 and V3.8 but 4.0 will not work no matter what plugin I try.

PLEASE HELP!

Which PayPal service are you using? Is it PayPal Express, Standard, Direct?
