Roxy Fileman, can't upload images for blog

Hi,

I do not want to duplicate post, but could not find an answer...

My site has been running on version 4.0, everything was working great until last week. Everytime I add image for blog or topic page, roxy fileman becomes white blank page that shows nothing. I tried a different method by uploading images via ftp then add image url but nothing shows up.
All old blogs and topics still show images with no issue.

Please help, I'd appreciate it.

When you open Roxyfileman do you have any errors in console? It seems that you have problem with the JS scripts.

I meant about console in browser, not in system log. Click the right mouse button, then press "Inspect" and go to "Console". Look at the screen below.
