Question about nopCommerce

Okay so I am looking around to start an online store, now I have 0 experience when it comes to building websites, my question is, how simple is nopCommerce, will it give me a website builder kind of thing, template, ect? I understand I have to find a host/domain, then how would I integrate nopCommerce?

I would like a website similar to: http://www.cdmgames.com  because I plan on selling trading cards. Is there any programming done in ASP .NET?

nopcommerce is built using ASP.NET and c# but you will be able to get a store running without being a programmer

customisation of the design is not too difficult either

Thank you for the great response! I have a few more questions though:

1. How easily will I be able to add items to sell/update item info?
2. Will updating the blog/main page, navigation bars be easy for someone with no programming experience?
3. Can you easily implement ads on the navigation box?
4. How easily will I be able to change let's say the banner at the top?

I'm fine with the design the website I linked is running, I just hope editing everything is simple and easy.
