Product Variants SKU

Hello,

Is it possible to change the stock of product variants. (SKU's)

i.e

item name       size        colour         available quantity

while size and colour is available, is there any way we can add available stock for particular size and colour.

and does stock levels automatically gets adjusted when someone buys a particular item
