This platform can be installed on a remote hosting server (cPanel) as Opencart does?
I could not find any reference, any topic on this subject...only Visual studio, SQL etc etc...

Yes, many are using nopCommerce in a hosted environment. For example, SmarterAsp.net does nopCommerce hosting and even has a one-click installer.
See the documentation for requirements. You will need FTP or host panel file manager to upload files or can Publish from Visual Studio. You should get your DB access credentials and test your database access before doing nopCommerce install.
