Payments only in AUD dollars

At the moment we have nopCommerce showing USD and AUD Dollars. Why because us aussies like to see what the difference is ;).

But the problem we have is we only wish to be paid in AUD Dollars. Is there a way to have the Checkout show only AUD Dollars even if the customer as selected USD Dollars??
