Installation: "An error occured: Timeout expired."

Whan I install the Nop Application on remote server, I get an error

An error occured: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
Running scripts from file: D:\inetpub\vhosts\gotfreesoft.com\httpdocs\install\Scripts\nopCommerce_createData.sql
Running scripts from file: D:\inetpub\vhosts\gotfreesoft.com\httpdocs\install\Scripts\nopCommerce_createDatabase.sql

Whe I run Install wizard again and agin, I get the same error
In DB manager I can see that all object are created successfully.
So, I don't want to be redirected to thr [mysitename]/install/install.aspx when I input [mysitename].default.aspx

How can I let the application know that I don't want to run Install wizard?

Manually create the connection string in connectionstrings.config.

where is connectionstrings.config located?

in the root of NopCommerceStore

I can't find it, only web.config
May be it has to be created automatically during installation, and has not been created?

It would help other viewers if all posters would list the nopCOmmerce version they are using as depending on the version the answer will differ.

If youy are using 1.11 look for connectionStrings.config

if 1.10 look in web.config
