how to show Featured Product home page???

is there a way to show all  Featured Product home page???

I am using Nop 3.9 . I did the same settings but once I disable the JCarousel, the featureed Products are all disappeared on the home page.  What should I do to make 16(4x4) the featured products all displayed on the home page?
