hiding fees in front of carrier

Hello,

How can I hide zero dollar fees in front of shipping methods?
For a certain situation I have blocked UPS integration so it shows:

Ground ($0.00)
Shipping fee will be calculated and customer will be notified by email.

UPS Air ($0.00)
Shipping fee will be calculated and customer will be notified by email.
