Need to support Intergrate with Shipping & Payment Service in Viet Nam

Hi Team,

I'm new user with NOP. ( just operation & manage websites. I am CEO)
Now I've used NOP to build my E-commerce Platform : www.aimuatuiban.com , for people can registration & sells products about Food & Food & agricultural.
Now I want to connect with third party ( Shipping Service & Payment Service ) of my country.
I've already had API link & API Doc of them
How can I intergrated with them . Or Who can support me to build private Plugin for my Websites.

Who are the providers?  Did you check the Marketplace to see if plugins already exist?

No, it just local services in VietNam. I've found on plugin markets. Nothing .
Example : Payment is MOMO , VNPAY.
Shipping : Mr.Speedy , Ahamove ...
