HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start

I got this error. and no log generated in .\Logs\stdout

Do you provide write permission to your App folder ?

I'm getting this error also on Azure app service.  New 4.4.03 files and clean database worked.  Then when changing connString to upgrade the 4.3 db I now get this error.

I had same error 500.30 on VPS Windows Server 2019 hosting.
It was resolve by set write( full control) permission for User group for nopcommerce web application folder.
