Awesome,  will set it to inactive and do some test orders. Thank you for all you do to help the community. Have a great night....

Your instructions say "Choose the Custom Store option" but I could not find that?
Reading a little closer on the NopCommercePlus instructions you have to "Search for Custom Store"
Maybe you should update your instructions from "Choose the Custom Store option" to "Search for 'Custom Store' "

When testing the ShipStation connection I get "Unable to connect to the remote server"
Any suggestions on how to figure out what is not working?

I assume that "http://localhost:5000/Plugins/ShipStation/Webhook" would need to change "localhost:5000" to the production URL when going live?

Can you access the Shipstation url from your development network ?

Yes you would need to have a publicly accessible domain name for the Webhook to be accessed from outside your network

Interesting, no it does not work?  I assume you are just asking if "http://localhost:5000/Plugins/ShipStation/Webhook" works from my browser.
"We're sorry, an internal error occurred."

Thanks for trying to get this resolved

Well, it wants a user and password so I would assume that that URL is valid?

What version of nopCommerce are you using. I just setup a connection with v4.4 but I had to get the latest version of the plugin 1.16 as the previous version have an error.
Although it was different to your error.

I am running 4.40.3.  The plugin was 1.14 and when I uninstalled it and got the latest is was 1.13????  And I still get "Unable to connect to the remote server".  Where did you get v1.16 from?

Thanks,

You can't use localhost in the ShipStation's "URL to Custom XML Page setting".  As per Yidna above, "you would need to have a publicly accessible domain name ...".

If you really need to test locally, you could install an application called Ngrok which allows you to expose your local development server to the internet.
