Tried to add a new topic to Infoblock.aspx and cannot get it to list

Can anyone help explain this? I tried EVERYTHING!
I have the new topic named...I went to the infoblock.aspx and copied and pasted the other links..but, it will not work.
No matter what I try.

And is it possible that you are not working with the full source code version?

Thanks..I'll try again..from what I read, I was definitely on the right track! I thought it matched up right, but, it still would not accept it.
I may not have had the full source code. So, I'll use that answer you suggested. Thanks so much!
