Problem upgrading nop on a test website

don't know why but now its working, no more asp .net core error..

now in the log file a recieved a time out error and the site its quite slow to open.

yes the connection is ok.
if i refresh the page, it works
Seams that the first time a open the website, it goes timeout, thant i refresh and it works correctly
cant figuure out the couse

any ideas on how to fix the problem?
i still getting randomly timeout error the first time open the store. then after a refresh or two, it loads correctly
