Store list nighmare

NOP 4.50.2

I am having several strange behaviors in the /Admin/Store/List:

Changing Display order numbers cause multiple errors like:
- Several stores show the skin of the first ordered store instead of its own
- Limited by store on products stops working and products appear everywhere

Does the first store listed assume the default store property?
Why some stores copy the first store properties?
if i move it to other order i need to get it back to "0" otherwise caos happen.

- Also the "HOST values" field say to use comma to separate values but sometimes it only works with ;
- Also if you use domain.com, www.domain.com sometimes appears the error " too may redirects"

So i managed to add all stores but it does not seem to exist logic in the behavior of the fields or the store sort.

Can someone give me some light about this?

The first store in the list is used as the default store in many cases, but each store has its own properties.
I assume that many of the points described are solved by simply clearing the cache.
If there are still some problems, then specific lists of steps to reproduce are needed.
