Additional roles are not saved in the database, why ?

When I create additional roles from administration area, the roles are not saved in database, why ?

I checked the table Nop_CustomerRole and I see only 4 roles

Content Managers   
Favorite Customers   
Global Administrators
Staff

Where are these new roles being saved in database ?

Seems that you made some custom changes that broke the correct behavior. Everything works fine here (default installation)
