Vendor issue

When a new vendor accesses the "Administration" area for the first time, the "Start accepting orders" screen appears like it does for the Store Admin, however, it disappears after first login and is no longer available, else, if the vendor presses the "x" on the upper right of the "Start accepting orders" menu, the "Start accepting orders" menu disappears and does not return upon logging out and then logging in again.

However, while the  "Start accepting orders" is available, the vendor can select only option #6 Create products and be able to access that area from the menu. Otherwise, when the vendor selects any of the other options (other than option #9 "Powered by" link), the vendor is then redirected to an "Access is denied" type of notice.
