Upgrade from 4.60.1 to 4.60.4

Hello,

I upgraded nopCommerce from 4.60.1 to 4.60.4 and now the 4.60 migrations keep running every time the app starts. Those migrations were already run when I upgraded to 4.60.1 and the rows were already in MigrationVersionInfo table. It appears maybe from 4.60.1 to 4.60.4 the Version number changed and so it keeps running the migration but not updated the MigrationVersionInfo table with the new number so it just runs every time.

Is this a known issue?

No, migrations should run then put a Record in the MigrationVersionInfo table to say it was completed
Maybe some update did not complete ?

Any errors in the log ?
