Filter Orders by Payment Method and Shipping Method in Admin Area.

It would be nice and helpful for some sellers to have that in Sales => Orders section in Admin Area.

Maybe disable it by default and who needs it, they will just enable it in settings.

Unlike the payment method, which is the plugin name, the shipping method is the name of a specific shipping option, of which there can be many even in one plugin. So, the list of such options can get very long. We'll leave that for customization.
