What version is Git Master

Hi
This may sound like a stupid question, i just cloned Git Master branch. The version number says 4.70.0, is this just a clone of 4.6? Is anything from 4.7 development merged to master?.

When I look at master branch, https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce/tree/master , it says
master
This branch is 24 commits ahead of, 508 commits behind develop.

It appears to be 4.60 for latest minor release 4.60.6
