Open, compile and build nopCommerce v3.90 project in Visual Studio 2022

Hi,

I have nopCommerce v 3.90 store customized in Visual Studio 2013. I upgraded Visual Studio licence to 2022. Can I just open and compile my project in VS 2022 or should I follow some specific steps to bring my project to new version of Visual Studio without any compile errors? I don't want to upgrade nopCommerce project because of my customization.  I just wanna be sure before I try it. Thank you for info and help.

Just open it. VS shouldn't change any files related to functionality of your store.

But anyway if you're not sure about that, you can already make a backup before opening the solution
