Canadian tax support in nopCommerce 2.00 ?

I would be interested in this code because I nned it for a Canadian website.
Otherwise I will try to change the code directly.

Can someone tell me rapidly where do I have to make changes to have 2 static tax rates (I think when displaying the order and creating the invoice)

I am interested in a Canadian tax solution for 2.x as well.

I am not sure because I don't know how it's handled in the U.S.  

I can tell you that the tax a merchant is supposed to charge varies based on where that merchant is based and to where the order is to be shipped.
