Check you have sandbox checked or unchecked correctly in config settings for plugin

what am i doing wrong-i upload all the files via FTP and i get a Server Error in '/' Application . i am using  Version 2.2

You need to load the project in Visual Studio 2010. Do you have VS 2010?
