How to install nop Commerce2.30 and how open it in visual studio 2010?

Visual Studio 2010
MVC3 Tools installation
.NET 4.0

Download NOP from here https://www.nopcommerce.com/downloads.aspx take the 25mb download with source code.

Extract it to your c:\inetpub\wwwroot\nopcommerce

As I ran the site within IIS to demo across the network, I think I gave IIS_IUSRS access to the presentation folder or a sub folder within that - can't remember exactly.

Solution should open and build happily.

sir I want to debug the project but there are some error come

   'A project with an output type of class library cannot be started directly'

this is the error

In Visual Studio open the Presentation folder...Right click on Nop.Web and click "Set as StartUp Project". Now run the solution it should work fine.
