How to synchronize PayPal Sandbox work with nopCommerce

Hi

Can someone  provide me details on how to work with nopcommerce and paypal.

I am setting up my API Access with PayPal Sandbox work with nopCommerce 1.20 and also I have set the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) pointing to PaypalPDTHandler.aspx files on my website.


I am doing testing creating test transactions and this is working getting in the PayPal Sandbox recording the transaction but the order never notify to the nopcommerce that the is completed and the status of the order never change (processing). Not sure why?

If someone has installation guide with the entire step on how to synchronize this task this will be grade.
