I have a question wrt my site login and Google checkout. I have disabled the anonymous checkout since my site requires the customers to login before they proceed to checkout reason being I need to provide them the license details, in their account with my site, for the down-loadable file. My site has only digital items. Now as per Google checkout usage policy

You may place Checkout buttons after login pages if and only if the following conditions are met:
* Your website exclusively sells digital content and requires a login in order to store the purchased content
All items for sale behind a login must use the digital delivery shipping method as described in our Developer's Guide.
* You display the Google Checkout Acceptance Logo on your website
You must display the Google-hosted Checkout acceptance logo before the login pages of your website so buyers know that Google Checkout is accepted after login.

So for my site, first condition is met as the site has only down-loadable files , but i have some clarification wrt the second point.
Checkout flow in my site is as mentioned below:
1. Viewing products and adding those to cart is allowed before and after login.
2. Order summary page is viewable before and after login.
2. In the order summary page the google check out button is displayed before and after login.
a. If the user is already logged into our site, upon clicking Google checkout button the user is redirected to google check page.
b. If the user is not logged into our site, upon clicking Google checkout button, the user is redirected to our site's login page and upon successful login the user comes back to order summary page. And then form order summary page upon clicking Google checkout button the user is redirected to Google check page.
So, does this flow comply with Google policy? If now, what else do I need to here?
Do I required to put the Google check out acceptance logo?
