Very strange message issue

I simply don't understand why when displaying a partial view containing only:

@using Nop.Web.Framework;
@T("contactUs.result")



it prints out

contactUs.result


I am VERY sure I have defined this key in "all settings" section from admin...

Am I missing something?

Actually @T("") is used to displayed localized values (not settings). They are defined under Configuration > Languages > View string resources.
