Warehouses - Shipping Calculations v2.4

So I used this feature in 1.9 to calculate shipping from two locations. One from Illinois and one from California. What method is available to us in version 2.4 to accomplish this?
Wish App_Themes included layouts.

There is nothing built in.  nopTools Shipping Director can handle it.  See the blog Packing by Warehouse (Sender Expression with Ship From Information)
