Upgrade from 3.1 to 3.4 issues

I upgraded my NopCommerce site that is hosted on Arvixe from 3.1 to 3.2 to 3.3 to 3.4
Any feedback on the following would be much appreciated.
I am hoping for help from anyone that had similar issues or any known issues with 3.4 that I should know about.

At first I was getting '500' errors but after setting customerrors to off, I saw that the actual error was related to the ASP.Net Temporary files not being deleted and causing conflicts.

Compilation error
An Error has occured during compilation of a resource required to service this request. Bla Bla
Compiler Error Message: The compiler failed with error code 1.

The detailed error shows a long listing of errors with temporary asp.net files.

I have seen some posts on the Arvixe.com web site regarding similar issues.
I opened a ticket with Arvixe and they cleared out the temp files.
Actually I am not sure exactly what they did but that is what I asked them to do.
After that I had better results but still get random 'Compile Errors' on random pages.

Sometimes the error goes away if I clear the browser cache or add a querystring variable to the end of the URL

One of the errors was reported by the client this morning and the displayed error is the same but I looked in the Nop log and see the following for the same URL the client got the error with:

Now I am getting errors on many configuration menu items like email settings, stores and most others
Th error simply says "Error happenned' and nothing in the log.

I think I might create a new site from scratch and see if I get the same problems.

Which version started needing 4.51 ?
Arvixe panel says 4.0 integrated which they tell me means 4.5

I just installed Nop 3.3 via the arvixe web apps Gallery and it fails in a similar way.

I hope that 3.3 and 3.4 of NopCommerce do not require .net 4.51 because :
1. Arvixe is advertised  as a prefered hoster of NopCommerce and
2. 3.3 is installable via the Arvixe web apps in the web panel so it shouldn't need 4.51 because they dont have it installed.

We do have ASP 4.5.2 on our servers (4.0 is just the version you will see in your control panel). While we do provide Web App Gallery, we recommend that the software (in this case nopCommerce) be installed manually. Web App Gallery unfortunately does not install correctly every time, which is why we don't advertise as a feature on our site.
