Two stores One Paypal Account

Is it possible to use the same PayPal account within two different stores (domain + subdomain)?

The Payment method, in both cases, is PayPal Standard.

Is it necessary to make some additional adjustments (some patch, perhaps?) regarding IPN, Auto-return URL, etc. or NopC will make the override automatically to the corresponding store according the bussines e-mail and PTI Token?

you mean 2 different websites ? if you're asking about using same paypal account for 2 different websites then YES you can use common paypal account.

How would you handle the IPN Handler Landing Page for two different stores (2 different instances of NOPCommerce) for one company with one PayPal Business Account.

As I understand it, you have one place in paypal to put the URL for the landing page, not a different one for each account - correct?
