Error when trying excel product upload

I exported product to get excel template, when I tried to use template to upload I get this error:

A disk error occurred during a write operation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8003001D (STG_E_WRITEFAULT))

I just got this same error.

I wonder if anyone has a solution?

As it happened I solved it - had to change write permissions on the files folder (the import/export one).
