We downloaded, and are currently running, nopCommerce V2.65 as well as the Shop-All theme. We are now going to upgrade to V3.50. Is our version of Shop-All and all its plug-ins compatible with V3.30 and with V3.50?

Yes the Shop All theme supports all version since v2.65. The theme is responsive since v3.30. This also includes the plugins coming with it. If you have any other questions, you can contact our sales / support staff.
