Auto-Update Price When Attributes Selected on Product Page?

Am I missing a setting? Or has anyone already written an adaptation to automatically update the product price on the product page when a cost-change attribute is selected?

Thanks so much for the heads-up!  I would have thought this to be a basic functionality, but one step at a time!


Edit: Oh.  Mmmm...not quite exactly what I needed, actually.  That *replaces* the price with the price in the dropdown, instead of adding the amount to the price.  For instance:

Base price: 12.00
Add Trim: +5.00 (Not "17.00")
Add Premium Material: + 5.00 (Not "17.00")

If both options are selected, the product price would display at 22.00 on the product page before "Add to Cart" is selected, so the user could also de-select an option, depending on price range.  Also - that appears to only work with dropdowns, and some of my attributes are checkboxes.  

Well, it points me in the right direction, but still needs more work before it's what I'm needing.  Sigh...I may just wait to see how much complaining folks do, or see if it's included in the next release.  Not lazy, just really busy! :D
