Notification URL for PayPal Standard for Multiple nopCommerce v3.7 sites

Hi all,

I have 2 sites using nopCommerce v3.7 and I am slightly confused as to how to setup PayPal Standard for both using the same PayPal Business account.

On PayPal there is only one Notification URL box for receiving IPN Messages and I have done this for the first site.

So any ideas how I can achieve the same for the 2nd one using the same PayPal account?

Also, the URL below the correct URL to enter on PayPal Notification URL box?  

http://www.yourStore.com/Plugins/PaymentPayPalStandard/IPNHandler

I don't see the file at all when I browse the filesystem on my server.

I do see   /Plugins/Payments.PayPalStandard/Nop.Plugin.Payments.PayPalStandard.dll

Hi Bill,

You can try to just ignore setting the URL, because the ReturnURL will be submitted to PayPal from nopCommerce when the request is made. :)

To leave the Notification URL blank would imply that I need to DISABLE IPN Messages on PayPal otherwise it doesn't allow me to leave the box empty - must insert a properly formed URL.

So if that is DISABLED how will I get IPN from PayPal? Does the settings on nopCommerce somehow do that ?

Hi Bill,

IPN info is sent together as part of the request too, so you may just turn it off in settings. As far as I know, the settings you set in PayPal is just the Default Settings, it'll get overriden depending on the requests. :)
