Publish Error( File Could Not Found)

Copying file Content\Images\uploaded\placeholder.txt to
obj\Debug\Package\PackageTmp\Content\Images\uploaded\placeholder failed. Could not find file
I'm Getting This Error While I'm Trying to Publish the Website on Local File System. I goggled but I couldn't found any useful Resource. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated
