Upgrade v1.50 to v1.60 (step by step)?

Hi there

I'm using v1.50 and wanna do the upgrade to v1.60. In which directory must i put the files? Must i overwrite my existing files, then open the link "/install/install.aspx" in the browser and select "upgrade"?
