Shipping By Total Plugin

Hello NopCommerce Developers

We are using this plugin to show free shipping for orders over $99.

The problem is that free shipping is showing for all orders. I need this fixed.
You must test that:
  1: The shipping option is only available for orders where country = United States and
  2: Order Total >= $99
If the order is less than $99 and/or the order is for country not equal to United States then the free shipping option should not show.

Which version of nopCommerce are you using ?

and also Plugin version 3.90

You have  your configuration with "Order total to" set to 0.0.  It should be 9999999
Be sure the option to "Limit shipping methods to configured ones" is checked.

I configured like shipping charge 10 if customer ordered amount is below 500 & the charge is 30 if the order amount is above 500.
the above 500 is not working. below 500 is working ..
please give me a solution to resolve the issue

Hi Guys

Not sure if anyone can help here !!!, i am setting up a Multistore solution for a client, I have switched off the Default Plugin and am just using the "Shipping by Total" plugin which works great in one site, but as soon as i load the other site and test i get an error: "Shipping rate computation method could not be loaded" even though i have configured shipping for both stores, using the Store configuration in the plugin.

If anyone has any experience or could help shed some light on this for us it would really be much appreciated.
