Remove from Basket when 'allowed quantities' contains set values

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help! I'm using nopCommerce v3.9 and have run into an issue where the remove from cart button wont remove items from the shopping cart page when the 'Allowed quantities' has set values e.g. 10,20,30. If I include the value 0 it works, but this requires the user to select 0 and then use the remove from cart button. Am I missing something?!? Any help would be appreciated.

Out of the box, there is no "remove from cart button".  There is a "Remove" checkbox in the first column, and an "Update shopping cart" button.  Are you using 3rd party components?
