JavaScript bundling and minification Issue in NopCommerce 4.10

When i enable JavaScript bundling and minification from General Setting it causing me issue on public store site. My Js based functionality wont work, like effect & animation-fading and all that.
When i check in detail i found out that when i enable & save this option, & checked in wwwroot>Bundle folder there was some ".min.js"(min file for some js bundle) was missing. And that causing issue.
Plz.. Provide any suggestion to solve this issue.
