When I want to change product name, have to chang the images folder Permission to write?

When I want to change product name, have to change the images folder Permission to write? otherwise have error happened, is it right?

the error: Access to the path 'C:\Webbss12\******\wwwroot\images\thumbs\0001034_virgin-human-body-wave-hair-with-4x4-transparent-lace-closure-3-bundles.jpeg' is denied.

No. Permission is needed one time.

No. Permission is needed one time.


I access from domain,changed product name, not in local mechine. When close the User write permission of images folder, it show error as above.

Permission is must needed for all the time. Witout write permission, system will stop creating files and throw errors.
