Pop Up for vendor with voice when place New Order

how I can notify vendor when a customer places a new order, I know I can do that by mail, but I need pop up like facebook when some posting a post or a comment.
If any tutorial to how to make a plugin to the admin panel I can do that, if it's already available its good

With default nopCommerce, you cannot do that. You will require a lot of customizations.

For real time notification, you need to implement SignalR or firebase.
