Multiple storefronts with different domain names supported?

Can this cart operate multiple storefronts with different domain names sharing a
single database and central payment processing?

For example can each storefront can have its own look & feel and share these:
Single Database
Single Admin Panel
Central Payment Processing

This is not currently possible with nopCommerce 1.9 and isn't going to be available on v2 either (https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/6953/multi-store-by-v2.aspx).
If you are looking to just provide a different theme/style and language settings for the second site (retaining the structure, categories, products etc) then you can edit the code to change the theme and default settings depending on the domain the store is accessed through. This is something I have recently implemented for a client (site not launched yet so I'm afraid I cannot provide you with a demo).

I've got a post going, I've achieved a basic version of this, still, both store-fronts share most everything, but, I'm working on documenting piece by piece the changes I make to add the logic to switch between the two.
