Add as new item i shoppingcart

Hi all

Is it somehow possible to add a product to the cart, as as new cartitem. As it is now, whenever the user orders 2 or more of the same productvariant, they are shown as a single item in the cart.

We are in the process of creating a new photobook website, and the customers (and us) need to be able to distinguish between the cartitem.

Hope anyone can help me with this.

Hi again

I figured it out myself. I have made a custom attribute, which i set with a unique ID for each item in the cart. This way the system thinks it's a new orderitem.
