I installed NOP 1.9, but I have some problems.

First of all, if I try to export my products list to XLS in the Administration Area, I obtain this error:
OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT.
What can I try to do?
Then, I have a problem, always in Administration Area in Sales and Customer Report because I obtain this error:
THE TEMP DIRECTORY IN CHART HANDLER CONFIGURATION IS NOT ACCESIBLE
Can someone help me?
