Wish List question

Is it possible to get a collated list of what everyone's wish list on the admin side ?

Product A - 50 wishes; product B -25 wishes, etc (same as dashboard popular searches).

This would be be useful for promotions - you'd know what products to discount or who to make one off deals on based on a customers wish list.

Would help with ordering and stock control if you knew how may people responded from a wish to a purchase.

This could go on the dashboard, it's a bit like popular searches but better if you can turn it into a sale.

There may be a way since Wishlist items are stored in the Nop_ShoppingCartItem table of the database under the ShoppingCartTypeID 2 and point to the ProductVariantID and quantity. So with a little bit of SQL script you can manage to get a list from that. The only thing you can't know is which person wants them.
