Just checking if anyone has had the following error. We have just installed the StrikeIron Software to calculate TAX for the US. The company is set up as USA and when shipping to a US address, the software appears to be working OK. However, when I use a non-USA address for the shipping address, e.g. UK, France, Germany, etc, then I'm getting an error when I confirm the order in the checkout:
"Subtotals couldn't be calculated"
then I have to abort the transaction.
If anyone has had a similar error and managed to rectify this, any assistance would be appreciated.
