qbo slider

hi i am trying to install qbo slider on 4.2 but here is the problem
I press install ,it say must restart you application ,I press restart application to apply ,but it can not restart

Please write me if you have some issues with qBoSlider. Send exception message from nopCommerce log or from stdout. Will be great if you can send me also:
+ Installed plugins list;
+ What should I do to reproduce exception;

It's important to make slider better.
