We use nopCommerce 3.70.
Are you using 2 worker processes for the application pool?
Also, double-check that you don't have a duplicate email template.

Hi, no the application pool is set to maximum 1 worker process. And there are no duplicate email templates. It's only about 1% of the mails that are sent twice. Any other thoughts?
