change title store nop47

Hi, where I change the title of the store?
I try in Settings-Stores, but it still shows "Home page title. Your store"

Try resetting the website cache. Does it help?

Please go to admin area > configuration > stores. Open yout store details page and then toggle the "Basic" mode to "Advanced" one (in the top of this page). Then you should see the "SEO" tab.
