Performance Description
Create new custom shipping method options and fees using rules (customer's address, customer role, date of order, order amount, order subtotal and weight, date and time, coupon codes and discounts , checkout attributes and product specifications, etc.).
Example.
1. FreeShipping customers from the USA and state NY if customer has order with amount 100$ or more.
2. Fixed fees for customers from the USA and order amount 100$ or more
Features
- Restrictions based on country, state province, range of zippostal codes.
- Restrictions based on stores
- Restrictions based on customer roles
- Restrictions based on date of the order (day of week and time of day, etc.)
- Restrictions based on customer's address (shipping and billing address)

Excellent plugin
The developer helped me with a silly issue that I had getting it to work, I was using a faulty user as my test customer. This plugin works so well, it's exactly what I needed. I also use a couple of their other plugins, they all work perfectly.

Great plugin, even better support
I am currently developing our new website on nopCommerce and needed extra flexibility for shipping costs all over the world. The plugin was close but lacked a couple of features which my current site had.
One message to the developer and within about 12 hours, the plugin was updated and working. What more could you ask for?

This plugin is Fab for us , we can offer free shipping in certain categories while still offering a faster paid options. Works great , support is really good with foxnet and their plugins very useful and well written.

Excellent support
This plugin did everything we needed except ignore products marked as "free shipping". Within a few hours of contacting the developer a new version was released including the feature. Excellent support for a valuable plugin.

Just on point, very eazy to setup and support is outstanding
I bought a plugin without using the trial, it was not the plugin that I needed, however when I contacted support they gave me the necessary help, they even gave me a new plugin for free that if it meets my requirements.
Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent plugin & support
Researching shipping plugins and came across Table Rate Shipping from FoxNetSoft.
I have used a number of their other plugins and they've all been very good so decided to try this. Glad I did, it does the job perfectly, FoxNetSoft support really is excellent, and they even made a modification to the features of the plugin following feedback.
